General Information
All presenters (including presenting authors, discussants, panellists, moderators, chairs, and workshop presenters) are required to register for the conference.
Prior to attending the conference at Wrest Point Hotel, please check the program to confirm your allocated session and time.
Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to present live at the in-person conference.
Presentations must not exceed the allocated time slot. A nominated timekeeper in each room will ensure sessions run to schedule.
-
Prior to the Conference Actions
The presenting author is the nominated individual responsible for delivering the oral presentation. All presenting authors must be registered for the conference within two weeks of acceptance of their submission.
If you are not registered at the time your acceptance letter is issued, an invoice for conference registration will be sent. ABA Australia members will receive conference tickets at the flash sale rate.

Preparing for the Presentation
Please refer to the program schedule for the date and time of your presentation. The program is subject to change, so please ensure you check the most up-to-date version.
The preferred presentation format is PowerPoint. Slides should be prepared in widescreen 16:9 format (not 4:3).
You are strongly encouraged to bring your presentation on a USB flash drive as a backup in case technical issues prevent use of your own laptop.

Your Session
All session rooms will be equipped with a lectern, gooseneck microphone, data projector, and speakers supplied by the venue. For workshop presenters and invited speakers, a lapel microphone will also be provided.
You must bring your own laptop to run your presentation. Please note that connections use an HDMI input, so you will need to ensure your device is compatible. If you are using a Mac, please bring the appropriate HDMI adaptor.
We recommend arriving in your session room at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow time for setup. Upon arrival, please check in with the room monitor, who will be wearing a yellow volunteer vest. They will assist you with setup and can contact AV support if required.
